Is Bilin Translate free?
Yes. Bilin Translate charges no platform fee, although file storage, concurrency, and third-party model services are not unlimited as a result.
Can scanned PDFs be processed?
Scanned PDFs can be processed once OCR or a compatible vision recognition service is enabled for the deployment.
Which document formats are supported?
The upload workflow accepts PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT and common office documents; actual processing capability depends on the active document service.
How are files and privacy handled?
File retention follows the chosen workflow and deployment settings. Translation or OCR content may be sent to enabled model services; see the privacy policy for data handling and retention details.
Are there any usage limits?
Free models have no daily quota limit. Paid models: 3 daily credits for guests, 6 for registered users. Credits per document depend on the model; advanced models cost more. File size, concurrency and storage limits depend on the deployment.
